ZINK™ stands for “ZERO INK” printing technology. Instead of ink, it uses colourful dye-based crystals embedded inside the paper. Before printing, the embedded dye crystals are clear so ZINK™ Paper looks like regular, white photo paper. The ZINK-enabled device uses heat to activate and colourize these crystals. Once fully charged, power up by holding the button and wait for the white light to turn on. Load Paper Open the printer’s lid by gently pressing down and pushing back on the ⌃ symbol. Place the blue SMART SHEET™ in the tray first, followed by the ZINK™ Photo Paper, making sure all barcodes and logos are facing down. Connect Sync your IVY Mini Photo Printer with your smartphone by heading over to your Bluetooth1 settings and selecting ON.
